Kimberly Lee graduated from the University of Kentucky in May of 2014 with a Master's in Social Work. After pursuing her master's she achieved her first goal of becoming a trauma therapist. She was a trauma therapist for 6 out of the 13 years of social work experience she has. Kimberly is independently licensed as a social worker and is a nationally recognized Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist. Since becoming employed with Judi’s Place for Kids she has been trained as a Forensic Interviewer through the National Child Advocacy Center of Alabama and has gained a multitude of experiences through various other training series she’s been a part of. Kimberly is currently employed as the CAC Program Director.
Kimberly married Avery Lee in June of 2012 and they have since had two children, Alexavier (8) and Ezra (2). Kimberly’s hobbies include spending time with her children/husband, reading, teaching group fitness classes, and running a nutrition coaching business. Kimberly loves anything true crime, leopard print, or involving coffee.
