FORENSIC INTERVIEWER
Judi's Place for Kids is currently searching for a highly qualified Forensic Interviewer to provide developmentally and culturally appropriate, and legally defensible forensic interviews of children and adolescents who are alleging sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, or have witnessed violent crimes. This Employee would work at our Prestonsburg location. Duties would include:
- Conducting interviews
- Supervising volunteers/interns as assigned
- Attending staff meetings, trainings, conferences, court dates, etc.
- Maintain confidential documentation of interviews
- Respond to subpoenas and testify in court when requested
- Work closely with law enforcement, social services, and attorneys
