Kaytee Asbury recently filled the position of Medical Assistant to represent Judi’s Place for Kids. She works alongside members of an experienced team that provide specialized services to children who are victims of trauma and abuse. Kaytee, as the medical assistant, contributes by assisting the physicians with the children during the examination process, while also providing clerical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Although Kaytee has worked a few years in the healthcare field as a home health aide to elderly and disabled clients, it is nowhere near the fulfillment of helping a child through one of the toughest journeys they will conquer in life.
When Kaytee isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and her family. Outside of motherhood, Kaitlyn loves to travel and see new places. She also shares a passion for various arts and crafts, specifically those involving paints and dyes. “Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” ~C.S.
